Introduction
Formoza (“we”, “us”) builds an AI-assisted application builder. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the product.
Data we collect
- Account data. Your email address, authentication identifiers, and optional profile fields you provide to our identity provider.
- Waitlist data. If you join the waitlist, we store the email you submit and the timestamp of submission.
- Project data. The prompts you write, the projects you build, and the assets associated with them.
- Usage data. Limited diagnostic and product analytics events (for example, feature usage and aggregate counts) used to improve Formoza.
- Technical data. IP address, user-agent, and similar request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
How we use data
- To provide, secure, and improve the Formoza product.
- To authenticate you and gate access to private beta features.
- To send transactional messages such as invite codes and account notifications. We do not sell your data, ever.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our acceptable-use policy.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors:
- Clerk — authentication and user identity. Clerk processes your sign-in credentials and account profile.
- Supabase — database and storage for waitlist, invite codes, and project data.
- AI model providers — your prompts and the resulting completions are sent to model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate responses.
Each vendor processes data under its own privacy terms and only on our behalf to deliver the service.
Retention
We keep account and project data for as long as your account is active. Waitlist entries are retained until the waitlist closes or you ask us to delete them. Diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period and are typically aggregated or removed within ninety days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Where required by law (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you also have the right to object to processing or restrict it.
