Terms of Service

Formoza is an AI-assisted application builder that lets you design, generate, and ship real applications. By using Formoza you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree not to:

• Use Formoza to create, host, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service, bypass security controls, or access another user’s data.
• Use the service to train competing models or scrape outputs at scale beyond ordinary product usage.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

You retain ownership of the content and projects you create with Formoza. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

Formoza, the Formoza name, logo, and underlying software remain our property. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or any of our trademarks.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formoza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

You may stop using Formoza at any time and request that we delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

Formoza will offer paid subscription tiers (such as Pro and Pro Plus) at a future date. Paid plans, pricing, and billing mechanics are not yet active — no charges will be made until billing is officially launched. When activated, additional billing terms (including taxes, refunds, renewal, and cancellation) will apply and supersede this placeholder.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use of Formoza after a change means you accept the updated terms.
